Sixth-place showing for Pierce at Smoky Mountain Speedway with Hunt the Front
Pierce McCarter joined a field of 34 Hunt the Front Super Late Models at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the $15,000-to-win King of the Mountain.
Racing his way into the A-Main with a third-place finish in the heat, McCarter started 12th in the 50-lapper and drove to a Top-10 finish in sixth.
