Runner-up finish with All-Stars at I-75 Raceway

Mack McCarter returned to action on Friday afternoon at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) for the tour opener with the American All-Star Series. With his fifth-fastest qualifying effort locking his spot into the dash, McCarter went on to place second. Carrying a steady pace throughout the feature, Mack posted a second-place finish. He trailed Cory Hedgecock to the checkers with Bradley Lewelling, Trevor Sise, and Hayden Cardwell rounding out the Top-5.

The following night, Mack earned the pole for the feature via preliminary events but faded back to 18th when the checkered flag flew.
