Jensen Ford

Jensen Ford follows Lucas Oil to Atomic and Ponderosa

Thursday saw Jensen Ford make the trip to Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the Buckeye State 50.

Following the seventh-quickest lap in his group, Jensen finished fifth in his heat before landing a transfer position in his B-Main. For the 50-lap, $12,000-to-win main event, Ford gained six spots on his way to a 13th-place finish.

For another $12,000-to-win event on Friday at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.), Jensen missed the eight-ball in qualifying before finishing seventh in his heat race. With one more shot to make the John Bradshaw Memorial, Ford was a scratch from his B-Main.
